Southsea Sailor Sausage Rolls

Paul’s a Stoker in the Royal Navy, but his real mission? Crafting the perfect sausage roll. When he’s not at sea, you’ll find Paul in the kitchen, perfecting his favourite snack. Over the past few years, he’s been rolling, seasoning, and taste-testing his way to sausage roll perfection, serving them up to friends and family who all say the same thing: “These are better than anything you can buy in the shops!” After supporting his wife—Connie— in launching her Southsea-based cinnamon roll business, CinnaRollz, in February 2025 and seeing the success it quickly achieved, Paul felt inspired to get more hands-on with a food business himself. Together, they’ve become a true husband-and-wife tag team, not only are they serving up the most fluffy, moist cinnamon rolls but they're now delivering the most golden, flaky, melt-in-your-mouth sausage rolls offering the same level of flavour-packed perfection. The verdict? They’re too good to keep to themselves. So, Southsea Sailor’s Sausage Rolls was born — and it's not your average sausage roll… but that’s exactly the point!

Amy Jane Elves Art

Hi, I am Amy , the artist behind everything you see on my website. It may be boring but I have always loved creating. From the moment I was able to pick up a pencil, it was hard to pull me away from drawing. Growing up, I felt like I struggled to build relationships, fit in with the world and battling with mental health, things I still struggle with today. Reading books about fantasy worlds, adventure and drawing took me away from my own bubble. Art encourages us to stay in touch with our creativity and create our own stories when gazed upon or produced and that is such a powerful thing. I only hope that what I create helps inspire you, brings memories, feelings and stories taking you away from normality, even for just a little while. When I decided to run my own business, I knew that I wanted to do a lot more with my art. I also want to make a difference or help in some way, this led me to the decision that I was going to partner with Ecologi. This means that every order made, a tree is planted. I have also looked into products for packaging so that they are completely recyclable. However, I do not want to stop there. As time goes on I plan to continue to produce work and help raise funds and awareness for more charities and I hope that we can achieve this together.

Cherry Vintage

Cherry Vintage is owned by Kelly and opened in 2019. Originally in St. Martin's Street, Chichester, Cherry Vintage moved to its location at 41 South Street in Chichester. It wasn't the easiest start to the business especially navigating the pandemic. However, Kelly's eye for detail and choices in the range of clothing was just what Chichester needed! Cherry Vintage specialises in reproduction vintage pieces, along with quirky, fun and modern clothing! Kelly loves music (especially going to gigs), her kids and her dogs. She has loved the move to South Street and has found support in lots of the other Indie businesses. Why reproduction vintage? We stock reproduction vintage clothing so we can be size-inclusive. Our size range goes from size 6/8 up to size 22/24 depending on the brand. It was really important to Kelly that everyone could feel fabulous in the clothing we stock. Additionally, modern dressmaking techniques mean we have affordable designs that fit perfectly and are comfortable. Lots of our dresses have pockets! Do you just sell clothing for Revival? No, we want you to LOVE the clothes you wear and feel so great in them that you wear them all the time. We aren't about fast fashion, but clothes that make you feel fabulous. Whilst we do sell a lot of dresses for Goodwood Revival, we want you to wear those outfits again and again - and get compliments every time you wear them! It might be the perfect pair of dungarees to teach in (or tattoo in), jeans that fit perfectly or a cardigan that goes with your favourite dress! It might be a dress as you are about to be a mother of the bride or a bridesmaid for your best friend. We are here to help you!

Welcome to Stardust Loaded Popcorn – where we’re on a mission to revolutionise snacking, one delicious kernel at a time! It all started when we discovered the magic of loaded popcorn on a trip to the USA. Flavours, textures – pure snack heaven. But when we got back to the UK? Not a kernel in sight! So, in 2024, Matty & Rory thought, “Why not bring this tasty experience home?” And just like that, Stardust was born. From chocoholics to sour lovers, we’ve got something for every snack fan – all made with top-notch ingredients (and a bit of love, of course).

Leaf Me Saucy

Leaf Me Saucy was born from a love of growing chillies and exploring their bold flavours and varying heat levels. What started as small-batch experiments shared with friends and family quickly gained enthusiastic feedback, inspiring the leap from passion project to full production. As a horticulturist, growing has always been at the heart of what I do. Becoming a dad deepened that connection, making homegrown food even more important to our family. It’s something we love passing on to our two daughters teaching them the value of growing from seed and turning fresh ingredients into something healthy and delicious. Where possible, our ingredients are organic and grown at home in Hampshire by me and my two young daughters, making Leaf Me Saucy a truly family-run business from seed to sauce.

The Fine Brownie Company

We’re a small team of 3 that manage the bakery, assisted by a fantastic cafe team. TFBC is Zara’s brain-child - an award-winning chocolatier, she previously sold luxury chocolates as Winchester Fine Chocolates. Ben and Haleigh joined Winchester Fine Chocolates in 2020 and saw through the rebrand to TFBC, having worked as a mechanic and in events ops, respectively. We used to work from a back-garden cabin fitted with a residential kitchen, until we moved into our new HQ in 2022, a commercial bakery in St Mary’s, Southampton, where we still manage the company, and bake our thousands of brownies today! Our brownies are hand-made and hand-finished to a recipe honed to perfection and perfectly rich - we don’t skimp here. After many years working in the fine chocolate industry, we’ve learnt that only the best chocolate makes the best brownies, so you won’t find baking chocolate in our kitchen, only fine Belgian couverture. Each tray is baked to a gooey, chewy texture, and then slathered in your favourite sweet treats. Good from the crispy edges to the soft middles. We take great care in everything we do and that doesn’t end with the brownies. Our packaging is 100% recyclable, even down to the vegan glue on our tape and stickers. We use local stockists where we can to reduce our overall food miles, and we’re always working hard to reduce waste throughout the whole brownie-making process.
